Group therapy usually consists of one or two therapists plus a group of up to 8 people who shared similar concerns. They meet for about an hour to three hours a week to focus on their troubles and concerns, develop a treatment plan, and work towards achieving their goals.
Group therapy gives you the advantage of having more people helping you and you helping more people.
